- Planning—It's the first step to a successful implementation process. We develop a plan that meets your needs and works within our internal capabilities. We are not afraid to say "no" if there is a part of the plan we can't execute. We would rather work with you to devise the right plan than to craft a plan we can't deliver.
- System Design—Our engineering team evaluates each plan and our ability to support it before we commit to a solution.
- Project Coordination—This is most important element of the plan. Thanks to our National Accounts support team and local field offices, we can provide real progress reports and accurate feedback.
- Documentation—Part of our superior process is thorough documentation that ensures good feedback.
- Training—Each installation is accompanied by a complete training program in order to ensure a smooth start-up.
- Customer Satisfaction Reviews—All of our customers are asked to review our work. We use your satisfaction ratings to improve our employees' performance and to reward them for meeting your expectations.
